Understand the client's needs: Ask about pain points, areas of tension, or specific postpartum issues (e.g., backache, engorged breasts, or diastasis recti).
✨ Begin the Massage ✨
- Warm-up (5–10 minutes)
✨ Start with gentle stroking on the back, arms, and legs to relax the body and improve blood circulation.
✨ Pay attention to pressure, especially for mothers who may feel sensitive. - Back Massage (10–15 minutes)
✨ Focus on the lower back, shoulders, and neck, as these areas often carry tension from breastfeeding and carrying the baby.
✨ Use long strokes and kneading to release knots. - Legs and Feet (10–15 minutes)
✨ Massage the legs to promote blood flow and reduce swelling from water retention.
